Handling fees for retrieval of assets sent to retired deposit addresses

自2023年4月27日起，若您的资产错误传送到失效的充值地址，HashKey Xpert将于处理误传资产索回要求时收取索回资产净额的10% 作为手续费，最低费用为500美元。

请注意，资产索回并不能保证一定成功。 

请务必确保您的记录和转账指示与您钱包上「存款」页面显示的最新充值地址相符，以避免产生任何不必要的费用。

Please be informed that, commencing on April 27th, 2023, any requests for asset retrieval sent to deposit addresses that are no longer valid will incur a handling fee of 10% of the net asset amount retrieved, with a minimum fee of 500 USDT.

Please note that retrieval of assets is not guaranteed. 

We strongly advise you to update your records and transfer instructions with the latest deposit address shown on the "Deposit" page of your wallet to avoid any unnecessary fees.
