3. Change Two-Factor Authentication

Step 1: After you log in to the HashKey Custody account, click ME from the pulldown menu on the left.

Step 2: Choose 2FA from the account table.

3.1 SMS Authenticator

Step 3: Enter the phone number and click SEND to receive a verification code. 

Step 4: Input the Verification code and click ACTIVATE to finish.

3.2 Google Authenticator

Step 3: Click EDIT to redirect the system to the next page.

Step 4:  You will be provided with a QR code, use the Google authenticator application scanner to get the two-factor authentication code.

Step 5: Fill in the two-factor authentication code and verification code (you will receive them via email). Then, click UPDATE RESULT.
