Financial information is provided for our clients regarding the management and analysis of money and investments. Specifically, how a user or a company spends and receives the money.

In the Finance section, your financial status is shown in: 

• Income and Expenditure
• Financial Statement

4.1 Income And Expenditure

Income and Expenditure is a summary of income and expenses. This function relates to all business transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and OTC trades.

You can see the following basic financial record information after entering the Income and Expenditure page

Click a financial record and more detailed information will be shown on the right side.

There are four functions to check financial records:

1. Filter, 2. Search, 3. Sequence, and 4. File Download.

Filter

Click INCOME AND EXPENDITURE to see the items.

We support filtering the financial records by business, business entity, coins, direction, and period.

Search

We support searching the transaction history by business order ID, hash, from (initiator's address), to (recipient's address).

Sequence

We support forward or reverse sorting of transactions by "update time".

File Download

After you filter or search the transactions, you can download the financial records by clicking the "download" icon.

4.2 Financial Statements

The financial statements are used by investors, market analysts, and creditors to evaluate a company's financial health and earnings potential. In the HashKey Custody platform, you can download daily/monthly/annual statements to analyze your financial status.

There are two functions to check the transaction history:

1. Filter and 2. File Download.

Filter

We support filters by wallet, coins, and period.

File Download

We support downloading the transaction report by clicking the "Download Report" icon.
